Doula Access Fund

We are proud to introduce the Doula Support Fund, created through our nonprofit organization to increase access to birth and postpartum doula care for families who may not qualify for existing volunteer doula programs, yet still face financial barriers to private Doula support.

This fund is designed to supplement what families can contribute toward hiring a private doula, ensuring Doulas are fairly and fully compensated for their professional services.

Who is this for?

The fund is intended for families who:

• Do not meet the criteria for free volunteer doula services,

• Would benefit from the physical, emotional, and informational support a doula provides,

• Can partially pay for doula services but require additional financial support to access full care.
  

What is covered?

In 2025, we aim to support two families, with funding available for:

• Birth and/or postpartum doula services,

• Up to $800 per applicant, based on need and available resources.

How it works:

• Funds will be disbursed as donations are received, and availability will be updated regularly.

• Applicants may apply for partial or full funding (up to the maximum) based on their individual circumstances.

• The program will operate transparently, with a commitment to equity and sustainability.

• Applications will only be able to be submitted if funds are available.

• We are able to run this fund due to the generous support of donors and thank you for helping more people access doula support.
