Doula Access Fund Application

Thank you for your interest in the Doula Access Fund. This fund is intended to support families who do not qualify for volunteer doula programs but require financial assistance to access birth and/or postpartum doula services. Please complete the following application to be considered for funding. Please keep in mind that the doula you chose to support you must be a member of the Nova Scotia Doula Association.
