Liz (she/her) is a mother, writer and doula. With a background in psychology and previous work in addictions, HR, and mindfulness, she has a unique toolkit for prenatal, perinatal and postnatal care. She is fascinated by each unique experience of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, and by the cultural pressures put on new parents during these times. She loves to cultivate deep awareness and understanding of each unique parenthood journey, and is passionate about supporting people in understanding and writing their birth stories. An attentive listener, insightful thinker, and warm hugger, Liz adores the profound connections she gains with families.

Quynne discovered a passion for pregnancy, childbirth, and nurturing new families at a very young age. Even as a child of eight, she found herself enamoured by the midwives who cared for her pregnant mother. These early experiences ignited a deep-seated desire to support others through the journey of birth and postpartum care.  Quynne brings a nurturing, vibrant, and versatile approach to pregnancy, birth & postpartum support.
