I am pursuing my passion of supporting folks through their prenatal, birth and postpartum stages of life. Having had twins and being the president of the Parents of Multiple Births Association (POMBA) has inspired me to focus most of my business on parents of multiples who seem to have to think about a few more strategies to survive the 4th trimester than what singleton parents do. I have a wealth of knowledge about everything prenatal which also means that I do not limit my services to multiples. I pride myself on offering a tailored experience based on your own needs by offering you a chance to make the best informed decision that fits your preferences. Being based out of East Hants, I offer support locally or in neighbouring areas of Halifax or Truro.

While birth can be unpredictable, the presence of this care should be consistent. I’d love to help you with that! A little about me: I’ve been a doula since 1999. While the families I serve remain my greatest source of learning, I’m always exploring new ways to serve my clients. In addition to being a Certified Birth and Postpartum doula, I teach high-quality Evidence Based Birth® childbirth classes, I am a Certified Lactation Educator (CAPPA), Certified Infant Massage Instructor (IAIM) and a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Instructor (LCCE).
