Liz (she/her) is a mother, writer and doula. With a background in psychology and previous work in addictions, HR, and mindfulness, she has a unique toolkit for prenatal, perinatal and postnatal care. She is fascinated by each unique experience of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, and by the cultural pressures put on new parents during these times. She loves to cultivate deep awareness and understanding of each unique parenthood journey, and is passionate about supporting people in understanding and writing their birth stories. Hi, I’m Hayley Ryerson, a labour and birth doula with Sage Sister Birth Collective. My service focuses on facilitating informed choice through excellent prenatal education, and supporting birth physiology during labour. My services include Birth Ready Sessions, in-home prenatal massages, and professional labour & birth support. I strive for my clients move towards and through birthing feeling supported, seen, heard, and respected by those around them in this process.
